23. Resolving Disputes
23.1 If you have a dispute with us relating to the Sites or Services, in the first instance please contact us at claims@catinaflat.com and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve a dispute informally, we will discuss and agree with you on the most effective way of resolving the dispute.
23.2 If you have a dispute with another person who has registered with our Services in connection with the Services, we will provide reasonable assistance to resolve such disputes informally. For the avoidance of doubt, we are under no obligation to resolve such a dispute to the satisfaction of both parties.
